Stall Possession Details & Working Hours

Exhibitors and their designated stall fabricators must strictly adhere to the scheduled possession windows and operating hours below:

Bare Space / Designer Stalls
  • Possession Handover: 12 Dec 2026, 10:00 AM onwards.
  • Fabrication Working Hours: 12–14 Dec (08:00 AM – 09:00 PM). Strictly NO night shifts permitted on ground.
  • Stall Readiness Deadline: 15 Dec strictly by 10:00 AM for safety inspection.
Shell Scheme (Standard Stalls)
  • Possession Handover: 15 Dec 2026, from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
  • Display & Product Setup: Must be 100% completed by 02:00 PM on 15 Dec.
  • Exhibitor Badges & Passes: 15 Dec, 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM at Registration Helpdesk.

Strict vehicle traffic protocol enforced at Gandhinagar Helipad venue. Loading vehicles will be permitted entry strictly according to the designated time windows above.

  1. The payment is non-refundable in any case whatsoever whether the service is used or not used.
  2. The rates are for the 4 days.
  3. Organisers are not responsible for the failure of any of facilities partly or in whole and consequences arising thereof.
  4. The facilities cannot be encashed if not utilised partly or wholly.
  5. Organisers are not responsible for any failure of above services in part or whole.
  6. Organisers are not responsible for the damage caused by the supply or even by the failure of such supply.
  7. Also the participants are advised to insure for all the possible risk at their own cost.
  8. Subject to terms and conditions as per organisers which can be changed without prior notice.
