Stall Possession Details & Working Hours

Exhibitors and their designated stall fabricators must strictly adhere to the scheduled possession windows and operating hours below:

Bare Space / Designer Stalls
  • Possession Handover: 12 Dec 2026, 10:00 AM onwards.
  • Fabrication Working Hours: 12–14 Dec (08:00 AM – 09:00 PM). Strictly NO night shifts permitted on ground.
  • Stall Readiness Deadline: 15 Dec strictly by 10:00 AM for safety inspection.
Shell Scheme (Standard Stalls)
  • Possession Handover: 15 Dec 2026, from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
  • Display & Product Setup: Must be 100% completed by 02:00 PM on 15 Dec.
  • Exhibitor Badges & Passes: 15 Dec, 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM at Registration Helpdesk.
Exhibition Dismantling & Stall Vacating: 19 Dec 2026 after 08:00 PM

  • Non-refundable: The payment is 100% non-refundable in any case whatsoever, whether the facility or equipment is used or not used.
  • Full Exhibition Duration: The rates quoted cover all 4 days of Khadhya Khurak 2026 (16 to 19 December 2026).
  • Non-encashable & Non-transferable: Booked facilities cannot be encashed, adjusted against other services, or transferred if not utilised partly or wholly.
